Approved Cash is a well-rounded site for people looking for loans and loan agents looking for leads. Requesting information on a loan is a simple 2-step process. Once submitted the loan request is available to hundreds of agents in their local area. As people are filling out the request form, they may see ads posted by local loan agents. Loan Agents are not only able to search, purchase and download leads submitted into the site but they’re able to submit ads to show on the site while people are filling out the request form. Loan Agent set those ads to show in defined locations so only people requesting loans in those defined areas will see the agent’s ads. The design was done in Photoshop with a series of mock-ups and revisions. The Front-end features and calculators for this project were all custom coded as well as the Back-end of the website.
Buyer Pair solves a unique problem for home buyers in large cities where homes may seem over-priced. Users are able to create accounts and set up profiles for themselves showing some basic info about the user, the type of properties they’re looking to buy and their price range. Users can then search for other like-minded people looking for the same type of property in the same price range. The ultimate goal would be to buy a property with another person as a partnership. Users can message each other, add users to their favorites list, set up saved searches and receive suggested matches. A live feed shows the comments of other users with the option to like and comment. Some features are available in the free version but you will need to sign up for a paid membership to unlock all the features.
